Near sgr is an end-to-end real estate investment fund manager, specialised in urban regeneration with social impact and living. Its sustainable investments focus on creating value, not only economic, but also social and environmental.
The company continues the path begun as Redo Sgr, confirming its position as Italy’s first benefit real estate asset manager. With the creation of the EuroMilano Fund, Redo initiated a process of synergy and integration with EuroMilano, ultimately leading to the founding of Near.
Drawing on the group’s mission and values, Near sgr holds decision-making autonomy over key business functions (fund, investment and asset management), manages relationships with investors, local institutions and clients, and, thanks to robust in-house expertise- coordinates control functions.
