SUSTAINABLE INVESTMENTS

What is a sustainable investment?

An investment is sustainable if it makes a significant contribution to achieving environmental and/or social purposes (such as the use of renewable energy or the promotion of social integration), as provided for by Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 of the European Parliament (Articles 3, 4, 5) and of the Council of 27 November 2019 (the “SFDR”).

ORGANISATIONAL MODEL 231

Near sgr has adopted its own Organisational Model, with the aim of building a structured and cohesive system of guiding principles, operational procedures and other specific controls.

Legislative Decree no. 231 of 8 June 2001 introduced into the Italian legal system a framework of administrative liability for entities, including limited companies, in respect of certain offences committed by directors, managers or employees in the interest or for the benefit of the entity itself.

Near sgr has adopted its own Organisational Model, with the aim of building a structured and cohesive system of guiding principles, operational procedures and other specific controls, inspired by sound corporate governance principles and designed, among other things, to prevent the commission of the offences provided for under the Decree.

Near sgr has entrusted a Supervisory Body with the task of monitoring compliance with the provisions of the Organisational Model, verifying their practical effectiveness and assessing the need for any updates. The Supervisory Body serves a three-year term.

privacy e data protection

Near sgr has chosen to adopt a “Personal Data Processing Policy” in order to ensure compliance, on the part of the company and its employees and collaborators in any capacity, with the applicable regulations on personal data protection.
