The initiative includes a public student residence with 282 beds (Studentato Montelungo), a subsidised student residence open to all students (Studentato Colleoni), new teaching rooms, a public square, underground parking, commercial spaces and apartments. By early 2028, the teaching facilities and public student residence will be completed and acquired by the University of Bergamo. The project aims to create an innovative model of urban regeneration based on service integration and strong public value.
