Green Between
Green Between – Tessiture Urbane is the new regeneration project in Crescenzago, winner of the second edition of the Reinventing Cities competition by the City of Milan. It rises on the former interchange parking lot next to the M2 Crescenzago station, transforming an urban void into a sustainable, accessible district deeply connected to its surroundings.
It is conceived as a new gateway to Parco Lambro — a “green promenade” reconnecting the neighbourhood through public spaces, pedestrian-cycle paths, and local services. Green Between promotes an innovative living model aimed at youth, social life, and energy transition: through renewable technologies, a local Energy District, and a Renewable Energy Community, it targets carbon neutrality.
