Merezzate

The story of Merezzate begins in the 1980s with the first attempts to reconvert an abandoned tertiary hub. After several incomplete plans, the scenario began to change with the development of the Santa Giulia district.

More years passed before successfully transforming the degraded context into a new living model near the strategic node of Rogoredo, where high-speed rail, metro line M3, and surface transport converge.

Completed in 2020, the project delivered 615 apartments, 7,500 sqm of public green space, services and shops for the neighbourhood. It is a ‘living lab’ of innovation, built around a green approach that promotes circular economy, shared mobility, and efficient energy management.
