MILANO MONNERET

Monneret is not just a facility that expands the supply of affordable student housing: it also restores and enhances a historic site for Milan’s universities, the Centro Universitario di Milano in via Ugo Monneret de Villard, in Città Studi.

The residence is the result of the renovation and refurbishment of existing buildings. The outcome is a modern and efficient facility, operational since 2015. It includes 148 rooms of different types (single rooms, double rooms, and apartment units), for a total of 268 beds. The residence features study rooms, relaxation areas, a reception, a shared kitchen and a gym.
