This project includes social housing, 346 apartments, and 473 student housing beds, in an area close to the Rogoredo railway station and metro line M3. Scalo Rogoredo aims to become a “motor of the future” for the area: a regeneration initiative on the border between urban fabric and agricultural park, historic and newly built residential zones.
